I don’t wear my “green-ness” as a badge . . . I have no “Love your Mother Earth” tattoo, don’t drive a Prius, and have NEVER owned a pair of Birkenstock sandals (and I use those stereotypes jokingly). But I am conscientiously “green.” I try in a hundred (or maybe a thousand!) little ways to make my life more earth-friendly, and thereby, more people-friendly. I believe respecting the Creator and respecting the Earth go hand-in-hand, and I also believe that it is the day-in and day-out little things that we do — with no fanfare and no glory — that make us who we are. Hence, my little green things: a collection of all the small ways that I attempt to live a greener life.
